Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement (BOAD)
The West African Development Bank (BOAD) is the joint development financing institution of the West African Monetary Union (WAMU) member states. It was established by an agreement signed on 14 November 1973. BOAD became operational in 1976. Its member states are: Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, and Togo.
